Penny dreadfuls

‘Tell them I came, and no one answered, That I kept my word,’ he said. Never the least stir made the listeners, Though every word he spake Fell echoing through the shadowiness of the still house From the one man left awake: Ay, they heard his foot upon the stirrup, And the sound of iron on stone, And how the silence surged softly backward, When the plunging hoofs were gone. ** «Henry Brocken», «The Return», «Memoirs of a Midget», «The Riddle», «On the Edge», «Some Women Novelists of the 'Seventies», «The Wind Blows Over»... son otros de sus títulos. https://datos.bne.es/persona/XX1723910.html https://shop.bl.uk/products/out-of-the-deep https://www.oxforddnb.com/view/10.1093/ref:odnb/9780198614128.001.0001/odnb-9780198614128-e-32771 https://poets.org/poem/alas https://blackcapsule.org/tag/walter-de-la-mare/ https://alchetron.com/Walter-de-la-Mare https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jn6sA7xxghs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_nmIYxRzks https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHwavqO-F_I https://www.pengeheritagetrail.org.uk/penge-people/walter-de-la-mare/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QefnCDCPA7o https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vlh-HKNVOg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MsF-GGwvM5I https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAudqkxkmgQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8qFvLsezHI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t5VOod2kZCo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pk06X21_6MY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hYN7DDPhRU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jw_ezkJ0B5c https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRnJO8KJpnU https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_de_la_Mare https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_de_la_Mare
