🙂 ¿Sabías que está basada en una pieza teatral de Joseph Kesselring? ¿Y que a su vez esta obra de teatro se basa en una novela de Myrtle Reed («Lavender and Old Lace»)? Myrtle Redd, también conocida como Olive Green (como autora de libros de cocina), se suicidó con 36 años.

Federico Oliver Crespo (Chipiona, 1873 - Madrid, 1957) fue pintor, escultor, escritor (poeta, dramaturgo, ensayista...), director teatral... y el primer presidente de la Sociedad General de Autores de España. Recibió una medalla por su grupo escultórico «Sin pan».

La actriz Carmen Cobeña es su esposa. Carmita Oliver, su hija. Y Jaime de Armiñán, su nieto.

Algunas de sus obra teatrales son «El pueblo dormido», «La muralla», «La Neña», «El crimen de todos», «Los pistoleros», «El azar», «Han matado a Don Juan», «Lo que ellas quieren»...
